FAQ

Building Materials Supply FAQs

Answers on product scope, order quantities, sample approvals and delivery arrangements for buyers sourcing building materials from China.

Can we start with one product category?

Yes. A first order can cover one category or several. Send the products, quantities, destination and target dates. We will confirm what we can supply and review any items outside the published range.

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no single MOQ. It depends on the category, specification and production run. Single-category and smaller first orders are considered. Send the quantities and destination so we can confirm what can be produced and shipped.

What is a typical lead time?

Lead time depends on the category, quantity, sample and drawing approvals, and production scheduling. The quotation states the lead time for each item; the proposal confirms the overall schedule.

Can we approve samples, finishes and drawings before production?

Yes. For most orders, samples, finish references and drawings are submitted for approval before production is released. Approval is recorded in writing. Sample availability, cost and timing depend on the item and destination.

Where do you deliver, and which trade terms do you use?

Delivery options depend on the products and destination. The quotation sets out shipping terms, packing, consolidation and any destination services included. Customs and final-delivery responsibilities are agreed before you order.

Can you consolidate products from different suppliers into one shipment?

Yes. Products from different factories can be packed, labeled and consolidated for one shipment. Routing, destination services, customs responsibilities and final delivery are confirmed in the quotation and shipping terms.
